Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a systems thinker with an instinct for clarity and restraint. As Senior Product Designer at Aro, you’ll shape the interface finance teams rely on to move money with precision. Controllers, CFOs, AP managers, and compliance leads use Aro to manage approvals, reconciliation, and oversight in regulated environments—your work will define how that experience feels.

This is not a surface-level UI role. You’ll design workflows where accuracy matters, where decisions are consequential, and where clarity reduces risk. You should be comfortable working with dense financial data, layered approval hierarchies, and structured controls—and turning those into calm, intuitive experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Design core workflows across accounts payable and receivable
• Simplify reconciliation views, approval routing, and reporting systems
• Partner closely with product and engineering to ship precise, scalable UI
• Evolve and maintain Aro’s design system with discipline and consistency
• Conduct customer interviews with finance leaders to understand operational nuance
• Advocate for simplicity in complex regulatory environments

• Ability to balance compliance constraints with usability
