We’re seeking a Security & Compliance Lead to ensure Aro’s architecture remains aligned with SOC 2, data governance frameworks, and regulated-industry standards.

This role is foundational. You’ll define how control, traceability, and security scale with the platform.

What you’ll do:

• Lead SOC 2 compliance initiatives and audits
• Design and enforce role-based access controls
• Oversee data governance and encryption practices
• Implement secure development lifecycle standards
• Guide penetration testing and risk assessment processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed compliance into product design

• Experience in fintech or regulated SaaS environments
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks
• Deep appreciation for auditability and structured controls
