We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who understands finance operations in regulated environments.

You’ll partner with law firms, financial institutions, and healthcare organizations to implement Aro thoughtfully—ensuring workflows align with real operational structures.

What you’ll do:

• Guide onboarding and implementation across regulated clients
• Translate customer workflows into structured product feedback
• Monitor performance metrics like DSO, exception rates, and cycle time
• Support compliance-related questions and operational best practices
• Build trusted relationships with finance leaders

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with finance teams
• Strong communication and structured thinking
• Comfort discussing compliance and operational nuance
• Calm problem-solving mindset
